I'm left handed, is that a problem?

Not at all. Right handed, left handed, open handed, traditional grip, matched grip, or any other combination of those... you're welcome here!

What is included with the camp fee and what will I be responsible for paying for?

Your Drumzilla fee covers: Full 3 days of teaching, if the drum camp includes a guest artist, musician, or other professional, your camp fee will cover this as well. Additional costs you will be responsible for over and above the camp fee: All airfare and other related travel costs, all lodging and hotel related costs at the Hotel Palace in Rovigo, all lunches and dinners at the restaurants in the area, (there is a continental breakfast at approved hotel included with the room). If you choose to stay somewhere else, you will be responsible for your breakfast as well, any transportation or costs associated with extracurricular activities outside of camp activities.

Where is this located and hosted?

At the Hotel Palace in Rovigo, Italy. 1 hour away from Venice by train and near 4 airports (Venice, Treviso, Verona, Bologna).

What do I need to bring with me?

You will need to bring your Double Pedal, your Drum Throne, a snare stand, hand pad and sticks... We'll give you our Fooblaster kick pad to use and try for the 3 days. In case you can't bring something of these things, please let us know ASAP and we'll try to provide the items you'll need for the weekend.

What is the length of each camp?

The camp week runs Friday morning to Sunday late afternoon. A mandatory orientation/setting up for all attendees will happen on Thursday afternoon 4pm to 6pm CET. We will meet to go over the week, answer questions, set goals, and go over all rules to ensure everyone has a great experience.

What does each day look like?

Each day begins at 9am each morning and we will start classes at 9.30am. Each day will end between 5 and 6pm and you will be free to spend your evening hanging with other attendees and teachers exploring the local attractions, or just getting some rest. We will take breaks for lunch break at 12.30pm till 2pm each day.

When do I need to arrive?

You'd need to arrive on Thursday and get ready with your gears for the morning after.

Where do I stay?
