Hand Technique Essentials
In this part we’ll work on your hand technique: how develop all necessary muscle groups, how to keep and maintain the right posture through constant repetitions at slow and mid tempos. It’s how you are going to increase your hand speed naturally.
Muscle Development and Muscle Memory
You need to melt first and then develop a certain group of muscles in the right way to reach your goals. In this part of the program we focus on developing all the necessary motions and store your muscle memory.
Hand Speed Workout
This segment is focuses on your hand speed at tempos above 250 BPM. If you never been able to reach that speed, it’s just because there’s just a few effective practice principles that you probably missed to break through your limits.
Hand Endurance Routine
Once you mastered the right motions, right posture and getting use to keep your single faster than 250BPM, we’ll take your hands to the maximum speed.
